Reliable, Friendly & Great Local Recommendations
Carlos was fantastic! Super easy to communicate with, always punctual, and made getting around Acapulco completely stress free. He even took us to the grocery store after picking us up from the airport and gave us some great local taco recommendations! He was reliable for every pickup throughout the weekend. Acapulco guided tour
Our guided tour was very informative, especially when it came to the history of Acapulco. Our guide shared a lot of interesting information, and we stopped at several beautiful locations with amazing views that were perfect for taking pictures. We also got to see the famous Acapulco cliff divers. Personally, I didn’t think the cliff diving was anything too special to watch, but it was still nice to experience something Acapulco is well known for. We also visited a few historic hotels and learned more about their history and significance to the city. Best family friendly tour and tour guide! We had Carlos and he perfectly curated a tour for our family of 5!
Our tour guide Carlos curated the perfect tour for our family of 5- 3 kids ages 6-12. He had a welcome sign for us and was waiting right when we exited. Great communication with us before to make sure of flight details. He had a big suburban/expedition truck that fit all 5 of my family and luggage just fine and took us on a tour to release baby sea turtles on the beach. It was a great educational moment and the kids favorite part. After we went to the crocodile farm more in the remote/village area of Acapulco. We got to see huge crocodiles and hold a baby one! We ate some local ice cream at the farm called paletas and it was so tasty! After, we went to a local restaurant that was on the river and had local fresh made food including the fish that was caught that morning! After lunch, we went on a boat ride right out of the restaurant and got to see many local birds and herons. What a sight! And spoiled with a fresh mud facial from the waters. Vacaciones en Acapulco
Carlos estuvo a tiempo para recogernos especialmente considerando nuestra cambio de llegada a la ultima hora. Fue muy amable y si regreso a Acapulco voy a volver a usar sus servicios. También nos ofreció un descuento para un tour de la ciudad pero no tuvimos tiempo.

Excellent service de Carlos, il était à l'heure et nous attendait avec une affiche à mon nom. Il c'est occupé des bagages, nous a offert une bouteille d'eau et à conduit de façon sécuritaire sans nous brasser. Le véhicule était propre et n'avait aucune mauvaise odeur. Highly recommend if you have to get to/from airport in Acapulco.
Driver/owner speaks good English and made sure that I got to/from airport promptly. Contacted me via text prior to my arrival to give info on meeting up once I cleared baggage claim. Carlos was professional, punctual, and communicative — even with our delayed flight. We had a great experience.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Carlos. From the very beginning, he kept us informed and set clear expectations for our arrival. Even when our flight was delayed by two hours, Carlos remained punctual and professional, greeting us with a positive attitude and a warm welcome. His reliability and communication made a stressful travel day much easier.
